Sensory deprivation — also called floatation or isolation therapy — gently removes light, sound, gravity and temperature cues so your nervous system can drop into a state of deep rest. In our Orbit/Exo pod, you control the lid, the lighting and the silence. Most guests find it spacious, calming and far less claustrophobic than they expect.
